Initial Consultation
Write us a short description of your company and the project you want to have 180DC working on. Together, we will schedule a meeting in which we will define the strategic issues under consideration and the expected outcome.
Kick-Off
Event
The Kick-Off Event officially marks the beginning of the consulting cycle! You will meet the consultants working on your project and you are able to present to them your vision and your expected goals.
Project
Evolution
For three to four months, you will have a dedicated Project Team working to achieve the goals. Mentored by senior consultants, professional experts, and the 180DC Board, they are provided with high-skilled training.
Final Event
The Final Event marks the end of the consulting cycle, where you will receive tangible solutions. Afterward, a more detailed and individual presentation is also held only for you, where we will focus on the implementation of the project and you can give us feedback on the deliverables we provide!

FAQs
We usually work with organizations close to Hamburg, as it allows more personal contact between consultants and clients. However, if your company is not Hamburg-based and you would still like to apply for consulting services, we would be more than happy to receive an email from you!
We at 180DC see ourselves as social consultants - we do not work for monetary incentives. We don't charge daily rates and there are no payment obligations for our clients. However, if you are satisfied with the project outcome, we always appreciate a donation!
That’s hard to say in general terms. Since our consultants spend an average of 10 hours a week and a team usually consists of four, you can generally assume that the team will work on your project around 400 to 500 hours during the three months.
Our consulting expertise covers a wide variety of areas, such as marketing strategies, financing, social or environmental impact analysis or business development.
The sooner the better! Our consulting cycles start in April and November so, depending on when you contact us, you will be considered for either the Summer or the Winter Cycle.
